General Conditions

Introduction:

These are the gaming conditions of AuzzHosting.com.

These conditions contain your rights and obligations and those of AuzzHosting.com related to the services delivered by AuzzHosting.com via the website or otherwise. We recommend you to take a moment to read these conditions. By registering at AuzzHosting.com and/or use the website and/or other services of AuzzHosting.com you are accepting these conditions and agree to be bound to these conditions.

 

Definitions:

For a number of reasons in these conditions a certain number of words will be used with a certain sense. These senses are being explained below:

AuzzHosting.com: Gaming service of AuzzHosting.com; 
1 - Bots: software to use in a game for cheating; 
2 - Cookies: information pack sent by a HTTP server on the World Wide Web which is sent back by the web browser at the moment of accessing that particular server; 
3 - Services: Services delivered by AuzzHosting.com. Via the website or any other way; 
4 - User: Any party/person that uses the website and/or services of AuzzHosting.com; 
5 - Web Site: The website hosted via www.AuzzHosting.com of any other website used by or registered to AuzzHosting.com V.o.F. ; 
6 - Administrator: One of the employees of AuzzHosting.com.

 

Usernames and passwords:

Each username and/or password provided by AuzzHosting.com to the user is strictly personal. The user will not give any username, password and/or any other security-related information to any other person.

 

Dedicated Servers:

All dedicated server bills must be paid 7 days prior your invoice date unless stated otherwise by a staff member of AuzzHosting. If service is not paid 7 days prior your invoice date then your server could face shut off 7 days after and loss of data and we will not be held responsable for this.

 

Privacy: 

AuzzHosting.com works by a strict policy with regard to the security-related information, passwords and usernames given to her users. AuzzHosting.com will not give any of these details to any other person than the user linked to these data. AuzzHosting.com is allowed to use information with regard to use of the game servers to an individual user level and publish these data for statistics. The published information will be extracted from the game server logs and will be present in the public domain. These published data will NOT contain any private information of our users.

 

Behaviour of the user:

The user guarantees and agrees that he/she, while using any service from AuzzHosting.com, will:

Not act in any way that might damage or affect in a bad manner the equipment of AuzzHosting.com;

Use the Web Site and other services only for just causes, in a way not affecting the rights of any third party;

Not act in any way which is illegal, or harasses any other person;

Not upload, post, send or distribute any material or information from which the user does not own the rights or any material or information that is illegal, damaging, threatening, pornographic, name calling or in any way obscene or not generally accepted in society;

Provide the game server with a password at all times, provided it is not a public server;

Not lend or sub-lease or share with any other party, provided it is not a public server; The largest number of users logging on per month needs to have a feature of the renting clan in its username;

Not upload, post, send or distribute any material or information containing a computer virus or other code, files or programs specifically meant to damage the Web Site or other services of AuzzHosting.com and/or computers of others;

Be aware that while using services of AuzzHosting.com they might be using other linking networks or services. Users most realise that while using another network or service they are bound to the General conditions of Parties offering that other network or service;

Act in a sportive manner during organised games. Cheating or other bad unacceptable behaviour will be punished.

Allows AuzzHosting.com to record his/her actions and to allow those actions to be published in the statistics, gaming demo's, game logs, screenshots or in any other related manner.

 

Behaviour of AuzzHosting.com: 

AuzzHosting.com will at all times take care of an as appropriate as possible service level. During a crash, technical maintenance or any other failures of the server AuzzHosting.com will be present within 24 hours to investigate the problem. AuzzHosting.com is allowed to appeal to force major at all times if and when a supplier fails to give service. Network speed and server up-time cannot be guaranteed. Restitution is possible, but to be determined by AuzzHosting.com. Treatment of restitutions will be handled just and individually.

Not living to or performing against the gaming conditions by the user gives AuzzHosting.com the right to take the following measures against the user:

A formal warning;

Suspending or deleting the user from one or all of the Services of AuzzHosting.com without restitution of paid rent;

Prevention from users participation in team-events.

Every decision of AuzzHosting.com regarding the aforementioned measures are final and cannot be discussed afterwards. All issues will be handled just and individually.

 

Tickrates:

We have all rights to change tickrates at any time if we find your server is not performing in full to our standards, we have sorted a chart so that you can see what tickrates go best with how many slots:

 

0-16 slots: 100 tickrate
17-20 slots: 75 tickrate
21-32 slots: 66 tickrate
33-64 slots: 33 tickrate

We hold the right to change this at any time unles you have paid for tickrates to stay at the purchase price.

 

 

Branding:

We hold the right to brand servers if we wish so and you must not remove the branding unls you have paid for the copyright removal in full to actually be removed!, We usally give branding for free so that you have your server white labeled.

 

 

Public/Private:

We have all rights to make your servers from public to private unles you have paid for otherwise.

 

 

Bandwidth:

We allow upto 50GB bandwidth per server per month and if we find you have gone way over this you are in all rights to be charged for the extra bandwidth or we will shut your server off until next month and have all rights to still ask for you to pay off the extra bandwidth used. Most servers do not use over 2GB per month.

 

 

Space and bandwidth for fastdownloads:

We give unlimited space and bandwidth for fastdownloads but if we find you are using to much for our liking we will put a stop to your fastdownloads for that month for the bandwidth and for the space we will stop you uploadign naything more by disabling your FTP access.

 

Server CPU loads:

We reserve the right to modify your servers if your servers cause high CPU loads which could effect other customers. We will advise you on how to fix the issue or give you the option to upgrade to a dedicated CPU.

  

Changes of terms and conditions:

We hold the right to change our terms at any time without letting customers know of the changes and we will not accept any abuse if this affects you and can or will shut all services down on your account!

 

Refunds:

We offer a 30 day money back refund, Before any refund is given out we will investigate your account to verify any problems before submitting your refund. Every account is investigated by our senior technicians to verify your claim. You will receive a email once refund has been completed.

 

Privacy:

 

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect information in several ways from different parts of our network of web sites.

Some personal information is gathered when you register. During registration, we ask for your e-mail address.

Promotions, contests, and sweepstakes running on the AuzzHosting.com site may be sponsored by other companies. These companies may choose to collect personal information from you. If you do not want your personal information collected by these companies, you can decide not to participate in the promotion contest or sweepstake.
